Return policy
By purchasing from STYLESTAMP, you agree to the terms below. Because all items are printed on demand specifically for each customer, we operate a strict return and refund policy.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size
-
Disliking the fit, color, or design

Buying by mistake
-
Any reason not listed as an approved exception below
Each item is printed individually after the order is placed, which means we cannot restock or resell returned items.
2. APPROVED EXCEPTIONS (REPLACEMENT ONLY)
We offer replacements only, not refunds, in the following cases:

Wrong item received

Incorrect size sent (different from what you ordered)

Defective or damaged print

Significant damage during delivery
To request a replacement, you must:

Email support@stylestamp.com within 7 days of delivery

Include clear photos of:

The item
-
The defect or damage
-
The packaging
-
The shipping label
-
If the issue cannot be verified through photos, the claim may be denied.
Replacements are only issued for the same item, same size, same design.
Refunds are not issued under any circumstance unless required by law.
3. WRONG SIZE ORDERED
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to choosing the wrong size.
Sizing is the customer’s responsibility, and a detailed size chart is provided on every product page.
4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, STYLESTAMP is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
These orders do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
Customers must file a claim with the carrier directly.
5. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Orders placed with incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses do not qualify for refunds.
If the package is returned to us:

A reshipping fee will apply

No refunds will be issued
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter accurate shipping information.
6. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
After this timeframe, the order immediately enters production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
7. PACKAGE DELAYS
Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or any external factor do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
8. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Submitting false chargebacks or disputes is considered fraud.
We provide all necessary documentation to payment processors, including:

Order confirmation

Tracking details
-
Delivery proof
-
Communication history
This protects us against invalid refund attempts.
